Job Description:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires expertise in LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics, and content creation using advanced tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop. The successful candidate will be a creative strategist and a skilled communicator with a knack for developing engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Use Google Analytics and other data analysis tools to track campaign progress, realign strategies and report results.
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other content creation tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with different departmental teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
  • Manage and oversee social media content and campaigns.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • In-depth knowledge of content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other digital design software.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
